5. Placing an Order

After placing a Prestige Concept Pickup and delivery order, you'll receive an email acknowledging your order details, but this doesn't confirm acceptance from us.
There's a minimum order value ($300) which may vary, along with a delivery charge if applicable. Prices include tax, and you'll be charged for the actual weight or volume delivered if it differs from what you ordered.
Changes or cancellations to orders are subject to limitations based on shipment and delivery times, provided when placing your order. For delivered orders, title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Refunds may be provided at our discretion, but all are subject to our discretion.
While we aim to deliver within your chosen window, we can't guarantee specific delivery times or dates.
Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours. We can only deliver to an address stored in your address book in your account.

6. Order Acceptance and Billing

You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method provided to us. All billing info must be accurate, and providing false info may result in order cancellation. We may request additional info before accepting an order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons. If your order is canceled after payment, we'll issue a refund. By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay for the products and associated charges. We may limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts or cancel orders for violations or abuse of our policies. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the Products, as well as all shipping charges.

We can't confirm item price or availability until after your order is placed. Errors may occur, and receiving an order confirmation doesn't confirm acceptance of offer to sell. We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing or availability errors, even after confirmation. We may contact you for instructions or cancel your order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

10. Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification

The Company’s delivery liability shall be limited to providing you with a refund for any product that is returned. Your sole and exclusive remedy hereunder shall be for you to discontinue your use of our service and to terminate this agreement. We reserve the right to limit your order or the quantity of a specific product you may order. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential, incidental, or special damages or of implied warranties, in such states and jurisdictions liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
